UGA Writing Center at the SLC

The Writing Center at the SLC is closed for the summer, but will reopen for the fall semester in August.

Writing help is available at the following locations:

Aderhold Hall - The Aderhold Writing Center provides one-on-one tutoring sessions for UGA graduate and international students. Located in 124-B, it is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. The Writing Center provides tutoring by appointment only – email Greg McClure at gregmcclure@gmail.com to schedule your appointment.

Division of Academic Enhancement (131 Milledge Hall) - Appointments are available in the Milledge Hall Learning Center for assistance with writing assignments, application essays, and personal statements. Regents’ Exam essay test preparation is also available. ESL specialists are available for international students. Contact (706) 542-7575 to schedule your appointment.
