EITS Student consultants staff five service desks on the third and fourth floors. They are available to help you with your questions about computer software, printing, and connecting to the wireless network. Visit us at the information desks on the Third (East, Central and West Graphic Design and Digital Media Lab) and Fourth floors.

Wondering what you can do in the Zell B. Miller Learning Center? We offer a full range of software on each of the 500 PC workstations:

Digital Media Lab:

Wireless: Wireless access to the internet with a 802.11 b/g network is available throughout the building and outside the MLC in the North Terrace and South Plaza and other surrounding areas. There are also more than 2000 drops for laptop connections. See EITS Laptop Recommendations for more info and for laptop recommendations.

Adaptive Technology: Workstations with adaptive technology are available on the 3rd and 4th floors. Wheelchair compatible desks are available in every classroom.

There are two adaptive technology workstations on each of the third floor east, fourth floor east and fourth floor west wings of the building (for a total of six workstations) that provide accommodations for students with disabilities. Please ask for information or assistance at the information desks, located near the workstations.

Printing: We offer black and white printing (4 cents per page) or color printing (50 cents per page). Black and white print jobs are sent to all printers in the building. You can pay for your B&W print job at any release station.

Color printing is available from every computer simply by choosing the option in the drop down print menu and releasing it from the color printing queue.
